Dear Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers,

Thanks to all who were able to attend the meeting for Lectors on October 25th.
If you did not make it to the meeting, your lector workbooks for 2008 are available
for pick-up in the sacristy. Your name is on your book.

I encourage everyone to read over the guidelines included in your books.
We have two changes in procedures for Lectors and everyone will need to review
current procedures as well. This way there is an overall uniformity to our actions.

Ministers of Holy Communion will have their annual meeting on Thursday, November
8th at 7pm. Please enter through the alley door to the sacristy. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, your guidelines and procedures updates will be in the sacristy the weekend
following the meeting.

Thank you for your dedication to your ministry. We have received many positive
comments from visitors and parishioners alike. Many note that our liturgies have a dignity
and beauty that comes from well prepared, well trained liturgical ministers.
