Attendees must arrange for their own transportation from the airport. Shuttle suggestions are available at www.cathedralministry.org . All events are withing walking distance and rental cars are not encouraged due to limited city and hotel parking.

Wednesday Excursion

Transportation to various city excursions is included in your registration fee. Additional excursions, e.g. golf, can be arranged via www.cathedralministry.org. The cost of additional excursions is not included in your registration.

Please note: Your registration is for the conference only. Hotel reservations must be made separately! Contact the Casa Monica Hotel at 1-800-648-1888 or visit them on the web. Be sure to mention the Cathedral Ministry Conference and receive the special rate of $159/night.

Cancellations and refunds: A refund of fees paid, less $50, will be made upon receipt of written cancellation before December 1, 2007. After December 1, no refunds will be made.
