Attendees must arrange for their own transportation from the airport. Shuttle suggestions are available at www.cathedralministry.org . All events are withing walking distance and rental cars are not encouraged due to limited city and hotel parking.

There is a table limit for the exhibit room so we reserve the right to limit tables per vendor.

Financial Terms:
A 50% deposit is required and should be received by September 1, 2007.
No drayage company/fee is necessary.

Other information: Please send a brief description of your exhibit, either by email or in writing, at your earliest convenience.

Set Up Time: Sunday, 1-13-08 beginning at 10AM. Take Down Time: Wednesday PM/Thursday AM.

Shipping: You may ship boxes as early at 1-11-08 to the Casa Monica Hotel at the address above to the attention of April Biller, Flagler Ballroom Pre-Function, Cathedral Conference.

Loading Dock: Casa Monica loading dock is located off Cordova Street just south of the valet parking area.
